Baddie Avenue Brows is appointment based and only truly works when appointments are kept. When you schedule an appointment, we ensure that we are here for you and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Although emergencies tend to happen we ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment time to avoid getting charged 100% of your service! For Example, if your appointment is at 3pm you must let us know before 3pm , 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment of any rescheduling or cancellation. No Show/ Late Policy There is a 15 minute grace period for all other services that excludes Brow Shaping + Waxing . Brow Shaping + Waxing grace period is 10 minutes due to appointment only being 20 minutes long. At the 15 or 10 minute mark you will be considered a no show and will be charged 100% of your service. No showing & Failure to provide cancellation fee payment will get you banned from booking in the future. Service Change Policy All service changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Same-day changes, including downgrading or switching services, will result in a 100% charge of the original service booked. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you is respected and allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT When arriving to your appointment we ask that you please wait in our waiting area until the time of your appointment. If you happen to be running late you are welcome to come to the room go be serviced. No Additional Guest We ask that there please be no additional guest as this can be a distraction to client and we want to make sure your brows come out as precise as possible, in a situation where an additional guest must come in they are welcomed to wait in the waiting are or you may contact us so we can further assist you. Limit Phone Usage We ask that phone usage is limited as this can cause the service to take longer and make it a little more difficult to complete. Please keep in mind your appointment is only booked out a certain amount of time.
